Ideal for use in bakeries and delicatessens packaging freshly baked cakes, pastries, soft rolls etc. These heat sealed bags can be used to keep your freshly baked goods in tip top condition.

These bags have no perforations, they are suitable for cold sandwiches, pastries and cakes as the airflow is minimal keeping the goods fresher for longer. The bags are normally wicketed for ease of use in a busy bakery / deli and crystal clear to display the product for maximum sales.

What are Snappy bags?

Snappy bags are open-top, unperforated polypropylene bags designed to be heat sealed. They do not have the resealable press-to-close strip found on grip seal bags. We also sell self seal Polypropylene bags

What can I use Snappy bags for?

They are suitable for products such as sandwiches, rolls, small baguettes, cakes and pastries. Choose a bag size to suit your product, allowing for its width and depth.

Are Snappy bags suitable for warm bread?

Plain Snappy bags are unperforated. For warm bread or other products that need to release steam, choose perforated polypropylene bags instead.

Do I need a heat sealer to use Snappy bags?

Use a compatible heat sealer to seal the open top. Check that the sealer’s sealing width and film-thickness range are suitable for the bag you choose.

Do you sell compostable Snappy bags?

Some Snappy Bio bags are made from PLA. Check the individual product listing for its material, certification and disposal guidance. Do not assume that a PLA bag is suitable for home composting.

Are polypropylene Snappy bags recyclable?

Polypropylene is widely recyclable, but please check with your local council and recycling guidelines.
