A food safe container or tray made from aluminium foil. They are half Gastronorm in size, meaning two will fit in a Bain Marie. Ideal for busy kitchens with a high volume turnover during service. There are lids available (sold separately), either a foil lid or foil hood making these large foil trays great for transporting food. Approx Capacity: 3800ml / 135oz.
