Wrapex Prowrap aluminium foil, 45cm (450mm) x 75 metre long roll which at 11 micron thick is our premium catering foil. Ideal for food use, it comes in its own dispenser box with premium metal serrated cutting edge. Wrapex suggest that this premium foil can be used for roasting keeping the juices in (see also our oven bags) and for delicate foods provide protection from crisping, eg blow torching meringues in paper cases. The premium aluminium foil can also be used to protect in the fridge and freezer but at even lower temperatures.
