Junior Telesales / Customer Service Role
We are a fast growing food packaging e-commerce wholesaler looking to add a pro-active individual to our existing sales office team. Training will be provided internally on our product range and existing customers. Key aspects of the role includes:
- Supporting existing telesales team and customers with inbound queries / orders
- External development of the customer base from warm enquiries
- Engaging with lapsed customers
- General office duties in a busy sales environment
- Team player in a small company
The salary will be in the region of £18-£20k and shared bonus for company targets, 20 days holiday rising to 25 and pension.
